Request you and please inform your guests to observe the following during the stay:
1) Avoid loud music after 11.00 PM as there are families staying around.
2) Check in time is 2.00pm and checkout time is 11.00 AM. Please settle all charges towards Farm Booking 2 days in advance of your visit & Meals Charges if any at the time of checking-in.
3) Please provide valid id of yourself and your team members by mail at : [email protected]
4) Please keep property clean and take care of artefacts.
5) Entry into pool is allowed in proper attire, home clothes and shoes not permitted. Take shower before entering pool and carry your own pool towels.
6) No diving is allowed, guests use the pool at entirely their own risk. We the Hosts completely absolve themselves of any mishap or eventuality by guests while swimming. Depth of the pool is standard 5 feet, length is 40 feet and width is 20 feet.
7) Smoking is allowed in outdoors areas only.
8) Refundable Security Deposit to paid in advance which will be paid back on the day of checking-out in full or after adjustment of damage charges if any.
9) All activities must be in moderation. Illegal / immoral activities will be reported to local authorities.
10) All guests are deemed to have read, agreed & accepted to abide with the terms & conditions laid out in Safety Rule -1 & Safety
